What is Our Relationship Counter?
Our Relationship Counter is an app for couples. It counts the time you’ve spent together and gives you a shared space for photo memories, planned events and special dates.
How does my partner join?
Create your space, then share the invite code from the app. Your partner enters the code in their own account and joins the same shared space. A shared space has two people.
Is a subscription required?
Yes. There is no permanent free plan. Eligible users can try Pro free for 3 days, and a subscription is required after the trial. Eligibility, renewal terms and prices are shown in the app before purchase.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the subscription screen in the app and choose “Restore purchases”. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you used to buy.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings, where you can also cancel. Payments are handled by the store, not by us.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app, or send a request from the Delete Account page. Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription.
