Frequently asked questions
How do I invite my partner?
Create your space, then open the invite screen in the app and share your code. Your partner enters it in their own account to join. The code works once and expires after a few days, so you may need a new one.
How do I restore a purchase?
In the app, open the subscription screen and choose “Restore purchases”. Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account you used when you bought.
How do I manage my subscription?
In your App Store or Google Play account settings. You can change or cancel your plan there. Payments are handled by the store.
Can I change our start date or names?
Yes. Open Profile, then Our details. The time of day is optional.
