If you’d like to delete your account, you can do so in the app or submit a request using the form below.
Delete in the app
You can delete your account directly in the app settings.
- Open the app and go to Profile
- Open My account
- Select Delete account and follow the on-screen steps
Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription.
If you have an active subscription, you’ll need to manage or cancel it separately through your App Store or Google Play account.
What deletion does
- Your account (name, email and sign-in) is deleted.
- If you are the only person in your shared space, the space and everything in it — memories, photos, dates, plans and lists — is deleted too.
- If your partner is in the shared space, the space stays with them and your partner keeps the shared content. Your own account is removed.
- Reminder notifications are scheduled on your device and stop when you remove the app.
How long it takes to remove data from backups, and whether any records must be kept for legal reasons, will be confirmed in the final Privacy Policy.
